RNDM 2010 is the second meeting in the series of RNDM workshops. Following the success of the
first event that took place in St. Petersburg, Russia (October 2009), RNDM 2010 is aimed at attracting world-class participants from both academia and industry working in the area of reliable networks design and modeling.

The authors are encouraged to submit (via
EDAS) full papers describing original, previously unpublished research results, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art research and development in the area of reliable networks design and modeling. Papers should comply with
submission guideliness. All submitted papers will be reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in
IEEE Xplore and indexed in relevant databases. Extended version of papers of special merit will be considered for publication in a special issue of
Telecommunication Systems Journal (Springer).
A
Best Paper Award will be given.

RNDM 2010 will be co-located with International Conference on Ultra Modern Telecommunications (ICUMT 2010), held in Moscow, Russia, organized by IEEE St. Petersburg BT/CE/COM Chapter, Popov Society, SPIIRAS (Russia), Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (Russia), IRE RAS, Russian Academy of Sciences (Russia), and Tampere University of Technology (Finland).
