Extended versions of RNDM'15 papers of special merit will be considered for publication
in a special issue of Optical Switching and Networking Journal (Elsevier).
RNDM has been established as a single-track workshop for participants from both academia and industry working in the area of reliable networks design and modeling. 7th edition of RNDM follows the success of the first six events that took place in St. Petersburg (2009, 2012), Moscow (2010), Budapest (2011), Almaty (2013), and Barcelona (2014), accordingly.

Technical program of RNDM 2015 consisting of 28 regular papers carefully selected after a detailed review process (each regular paper recevied at least 4 reviews) was enriched by two keynote talks, five invited presentations, and a panel discussion.

Similar to previous years, we would like to thank the authors for their high-quality papers. Our sincere thanks also go to the Technical Program Committee, and external reviewers for their great effort in distribution of call for papers, as well as the timely delivery of detailed reviews.
