RNDM 2025 will be held in Trondheim, Norway at Norwegian University of Science and Technology - NTNU (O.S. Bragstads plass 2a, NO-7491 Trondheim, Norway)



In paticular, it will take place in EL-4 in the Electro-building at the NTNU - Gløshaugen campus.

Payment in Norway
As a general rule - “cash is not king” - we pay everything with debet and credit cards, or “tapping”. Most places are supposed to accept cash (our local currency is norske kroner (NOK) with an exhange rate to EUR of approx NOK/EUR = 12 (see https://g.co/kgs/H3TxHLe). If you ask a Norwegian he/she can probably not answer where you can use cash - they will say “I can’t remember when I had cash in my pocket last time”.

Hotels
There several hotels in different price range in the downtown of Trondheim. They are all within walking distance to the conference venue, and also easy to reach by local busses. (waypoint of venue : “Ohma Electra, O. S. Bragstads Plass, 7034 Trondheim“)

How to get to NTNU
All hotels in the city center are within walking distance to the Gløshaugen campus.
If you take a taxi ask the driver to take you to the “The electrobuiding and the entrance at Blue (not the green) locomotive behind the main buiding” (the locomotive is called “Ohma Electra”). If you go by bus, get off at the “Høgskoleringen” and walk to “Ohma Electra” https://maps.app.goo.gl/5dUCwDrzJrHLXpS39.

Public transportation by AtB in Trondheim:
In Trondheim, all busses, one tram line (there is only one line), and all trains on the same ticket. A single ticket for one trip is 45 NOK (4 EUR) and last for 1.5 hours (3 hours after 18 on Fridays, and all Saturdays and Sundays). How to buy tickets
